Peanut butter and tomato sandwich

Yay for Michelle's release of her newest novel, The Breakaway! Michelle, I'm really proud of you, not just for this book, but for all of the hard work you have done recently and all of the great stories that have come from it!

What's Peanut eating? A peanut butter and tomato sandwich too! Okay, not really.

    1. Scott, a tomato sandwich without peanut butter is...well, it's not a peanut butter and tomato sandwich, that's for damn sure. Not to say that it can't be tasty. Someone should write a book about tomato sandwiches that don't have peanut butter, for peanut butter intolerant folks.

    2. My sandwich had roast turkey and cranberry sauce. It came with a cup of red lentil and tomato soup, which was fabulousness. I have no idea what we'll be eating for dinner tonight.

  3. You have to have the peanut butter, preferably not the crappy kind. The all natural kind that is just, you know, peanuts. And that's it.

    1. I can't tell if you're recommending the all-natural kind, or the kind with sugar and added salt. I grew up on Peter Pan. Mary likes the all-natural kind, that you have to stir up the peanut oil before you use it.

    2. Can't I do my little rant and celebration about peanut butter? I like crunchy peanut butter. But, in the last few years, it has been impossible to find crunchy peanut butter because all they had was creamy or super crunchy, which had either too few or too many crunches. Now, finally, the quality of the super crunchy has gone down enough that's it's just like regular crunchy, even though the label says super. So, I'm happy again. :)

    3. Yes, I'm recommending the all-natural kind. I like that kind you have to stir up, yep.
